My Story
I come from a Coastal rowing background. I started coastal rowing at the age of 9 for my local rowing club in Rosscarbery, my entire family was heavily involved in the club so it made sense to start there. Once I became more competitive I wanted to start river rowing, so I joined skibbereen rowing club in 2020, but due to the pandemic did not get to start competing in river rowing until 2021. I still compete in Coastal rowing at home as both a cox and a rower, my heart will forever lie with coastal ( the best type of rowing).
