- 1st place in Irish rowing championships in: Senior 8, Inter 8 and Inter 4
- Represented Ireland at Homes International regatta
- 1st place University rowing championships in Senior 8
- 1st place Irish indoor rowing championship u23
2021
- 2nd place at Coupe de la Jeneusse regatta
My Story
I started rowing in 2015 with a coastal club, but moved to Muckross rowing club in 2018 as I wanted to progress in river rowing. I spent the rest of my junior rowing years training on the beautiful lakes of Killarney, with a squad who still are some of my closest friends now. During COVID lockdown, like most people I used my spare time to train, which helped me to progress to an Irish jersey in 2021. I then chose to go to UL for college, as the rowing club, course, and university itself seemed a good fit for me. Rowing has given me amazing travel opportunities and also lifelong friends!
Interests
Rowing, playing the concertina and knitting.
Goals
Represent Ireland again at international level.
